Written Instructions: (Watch the video if in doubt)

Log into Coinbase:
1. Go to "Receive Crypto" (you may need to hit the "TRANSFER" button first if you're doing it from your phone.)

2. Choose Ethereum (ETH) from pop up
3. Choose Ethereum (ETH) again. (It will be the default)

4. You will the deposit address, copy it by using the copy icon.

Now, log into DSJ:
1. Go to Assets page
2. Click on Withdrawal
3. Cancel out of the pop up box
4. Under currency, it will say USDT - Change it to ETH from the dropdown
5. You will see a field to paste your code - paste it.
6. Submit it - you will see a "Submitted Successfully" message.

All Done!

Note: Don't let this confuse you: When you go back to the assets page and hit "withdraw", it will still say you didn't bind your address, but just cancel out of that and choose ETH under currency and you will see that you have an address there.
