Withdraw From DSJ
Before withdrawing, you will need to send Elena a message and ask her if your funds are seasoned enough to be able to withdraw without the extra penalties.
If she says yes, then send her the photo of you holding your ID next to your face, along with your Coinbase wallet address. (The address you bound)
*You only have to send the photo and wallet address the first time you withdraw.
However, you should always ask her if your funds are seasoned enough to withdraw, before each withdrawal.

In case you are wondering - Sending your Coinbase wallet address is like sharing an email address, its a public address and can't be used alone to hack into your Coinbase account - sending it along with your ID, also does not make it easy to hack into your Coinbase account.
